This class includes exercises for definition, strength, agility and core power and stability. During this class, you will feel your abs burning and you will work your entire core. For all fitness levels Low Intensity (mask on) - Bring your own mat
Classes are fixed time and date. There are no cancelations or refunds for unused classes if not canceled 12 hour prior to the first lesson. If class schedule is no longer suitable for student then a transfer to a different class type or date is possible on a as available basis.
