Dragon 1 - Online Physical Program (6-9)
Online Program to maintain fitness while not able to train in gym.

This program is specially built around physical preparation. Strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and finally balance. These allow essential elements of gymnastics to be retained, while allowing your child to further develop their personal strength and conditioning at home. The session with be 1 hour and here is the list of items needed: 1. A mat (Yoga or soft once) 2. Water bottle 3. A small towel (1 meter long) 4. Skipping Rope 5. An empty wall for handstand 6. Print outs of the programs Monday 4pm Wednesday 4pm Friday 4pm
Classes are fixed time and date. There are no cancelations or refunds for unused classes if not canceled 12 hour prior to the first lesson. If class schedule is no longer suitable for student then a transfer to a different class type or date is possible on a as available basis.
