Parkour - Online Physical Program
Online Program to maintain fitness while not able to train in gym.

This program is specially built around physical preparation, Strength, Mobility and Coordination. These allow essential elements of Parkour to be retained, while allowing your child to further develop their personal strength by conditioning at home. Due to the nature of the sport, we will only be working on ground movement to ensure the safety of the students. Tuesday 4pm Thursday 4pm Saturday 10am
Classes are fixed time and date. There are no cancelations or refunds for unused classes if not canceled 12 hour prior to the first lesson. If class schedule is no longer suitable for student then a transfer to a different class type or date is possible on a as available basis.
