The program includes: -1 hour-in-person personal training SESSION -Personalised exercise routine -Nutrition guidance -Before and after photos -Body composition assessment PLUS COMPLIMENTARY 30 MINUTES FOR AN INITIAL CONSUTATION, FITNESS TEST AND MOBILITY CHECK AT YOUR FIRST SESSION
Classes are fixed time and date. There are no cancelations or refunds for unused classes if not canceled 12 hour prior to the first lesson. If class schedule is no longer suitable for student then a transfer to a different class type or date is possible on a as available basis.
