How do you bill the class fees ?Our billing cycle is on a monthly basis and we will send your invoice from 20th of each month for the following month fee. For eg, March fees will be sent out on 20th February onwards. Payment can be made via the link provided in the email or Paynow UEN 202038481E. Please indicate your invoice number when making payment via Paynow.

My child can only come for classes on certain days this month, can you bill us only for the day she attends?Yes, the rate for a single class is $80 and we will calculate based on the number of days you will be attending. Full payment for the whole month has to be made prior to the start of the first class.

What happens if I do not make payment in time?SWAGA won't guarantee or hold your spot until we receive your payment in full.

How can we arrange a make-up class?We allow make-up class if 12 hrs advance notice is given by email. Please be informed that make-up class is subject to availability. If any of the classes you request is full, you will need to find another class. If you are unable to use your make-up class within 5 weeks then unfortunately this will be lost and not able to carry forward.

I booked a make-up class but did not attend, can I rebook a make-up class?Once a make-up class has been booked, it will be non-cancellable and considered as utilized even if you fail to show up. There will be no reimbursement for unused make-up classes.

Can I transfer my make-up class to a sibling/friend?Make-up class is strictly non-transferable.

We will be away for holiday, can you invoice only on the days that she can come? Do we have to give notice and will she get back her regular class slot?Yes, the rate for a single class is $80 and we will calculate based on the number of days you will be attending. If the class falls on a Public Holiday closure, will I get to do a make-up class?No. Public holiday do not affect the payment. No make-up class will be given is class falls on a Public Holiday.

My child is sick and has to miss class today, can we do a make-up class?In the event of missed class due to sickness / injuries, we allow students to do make-up class. A Medical Certificate or Doctor letter must be produced by email in order to arrange a make-up class. Once a make-up class has been booked, it is non-cancellable and considered as utilized even if the student fails to show up.

Will the coach be the same throughout the month and every month?We will provide as much consistency as possible however please note that there will be some instances where another coach will take over the class. There will be situations like annual leave, sickness, injuries, national service, training, competitions etc and we will have to move the coaches around. However, we would like to reassure you that the coaches will be teaching the same program.
